Attending the VEH2022+1 Conference at Xiangtan

The 4th International Conference on Vibration and Energy Harvesting Applications (VEH 2022+1) was held in Xiangtan, Hunan, China during 14-16 April 2023 (The conference has been postponed due to COVID-19). This is my first time attending a formal academic conference. During the conference, the academic presentations by renowned scholars, the collision of ideas with my peers, and the careful guidance from professors have greatly enhanced my academic abilities and further strengthened my determination to pursue a Ph.D.

I feel very fortunate that many scholars showed interest in my poster and raised questions. After extensive preparation, I became very familiar with my research topic, which earned me praise from my peers and won the Best Poster Award.

I would like to express my deep gratitude to my advisor for providing me with this opportunity for academic exchange and for the support on my research topic. I also want to thank my laboratory colleagues for their assistance. With my heart set on it, I am determined to continue advancing on the academic path and making contributions to society.
